1. Introduction
Welcome to Alliwan ("Alliwan", "the Application", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alliwan mobile application and all related services provided through the Application.
Alliwan is a digital real estate platform that enables users to discover and publish property listings, explore real estate projects, communicate with other users, save favorite properties and searches, receive personalized notifications, and access other features available through the Application.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.
These Terms apply to all users of the Application, including registered users, property owners, real estate professionals, and any other individuals or entities accessing the services provided by Alliwan.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

| Property | Any real estate offered for sale or rent through the Application. |
| Third-Party Services | External services or platforms integrated with the Application, including authentication, mapping, or analytics services. |
| Terms | These Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Application. |
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an Account or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective once they are published within the Application or through other official communication channels. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Eligibility
To use the Application, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age required under the laws of your country.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or updating your Account.
- Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Be responsible for all activities carried out through your Account.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account if it determines that the User does not meet these eligibility requirements or has provided false or misleading information.
5. User Accounts
- To access the Application, you may be required to create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including the information requested by the Application, such as your name, country, email address, or phone number, where applicable.
- You may register or sign in using one of the authentication methods supported by the Application, including email, phone number, Google, or Apple Sign-In, where available.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities carried out under your Account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
- You must not create multiple fraudulent accounts, impersonate another person or entity, share your Account with others, or provide false or misleading information.
6. User Responsibilities
When using the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
- Publish only properties and content that you own or are legally authorized to advertise.
- Ensure that all property information, including descriptions, prices, images, videos, and locations, is accurate and not misleading.
- Avoid posting duplicate listings or repeatedly publishing the same property in a manner that may mislead other users.
- Upload only content that is lawful, appropriate, and does not violate the rights of any third party.
- Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of other users and third parties.
- Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the Application to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
7. Data Scraping
You must not impersonate the Company, its representatives, or employees, or otherwise suggest an affiliation with the Company that does not exist, without official authorization.
8. Content Moderation and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove any Content, Listing, or Account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The Company may take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion:
- Remove or reject any Listing that contains false, misleading, duplicate, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
- Remove Listings that receive verified reports or are found to violate these Terms after review.
- Issue warnings to Users who violate these Terms.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a User's Account in cases of repeated or serious violations.
- Remove any Content that infringes the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
The Company may investigate reports submitted by Users and take appropriate action where necessary. The submission of a report does not automatically result in the removal of a Listing or Account. Each report will be reviewed before any action is taken.
The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action based on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.
9. Property Listings
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all Property Listings published through the Application are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each Listing must represent a genuine property that the User is authorized to advertise. Users must provide truthful information, including property details, pricing, descriptions, images, videos, and location.
- Users must not publish duplicate Listings, misleading information, false pricing, inaccurate property details, or content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
- The Company reserves the right to review, edit, reject, remove, or suspend any Listing that does not comply with these Terms or the Application's policies.
- Users are encouraged to update or remove Listings that are no longer available.
10. Intellectual Property
- All rights in the Application, including the Alliwan name, logo, design, software, and any content provided by the Company, are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You must not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Company's name, logo, or content without the Company's prior written consent.
- Users keep ownership of the Content they upload. By publishing Content through the Application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Application and its services.
- You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, any Content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Alliwan provides a digital platform that enables Users to publish and browse property Listings and communicate with one another. The Company acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to any sale, purchase, rental, negotiation, agreement, or other transaction between Users.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying property information and for any decisions, agreements, payments, or financial transactions made through or outside the Application.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, losses, damages, or obligations arising from transactions or interactions between Users.
13. Suspension and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict, temporarily suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any User Account that violates these Terms, the Application's policies, or applicable laws.
- The type of action taken will depend on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.
- Users may request the deletion of their Accounts in accordance with the options and procedures available within the Application.
- The Company may retain certain information after Account deletion where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.
14. Changes to These Terms
- The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Application, applicable laws, or business operations.
- Any updated version of these Terms will become effective upon publication within the Application or through other official communication channels. Continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable country.
